Feeling pampered is great, but I wanted a place that was also spectacularly beautiful as well.

Needless to say, when it came to making a choice, I went for one of the priciest Bali beachfront villas I could find, and I was not disappointed.

I ended up staying at the Ylang Ylang Villa in Saba Bai. The scenery was truly breathtaking – the black sands against the color of the water. Personally though, I think the best part of it all was the peace and quite. Few places I have ever visited were so serene.
